Joint Manipulation

Joint manipulations are rapid movements at the end of a joint’s range of motion to help release restricted areas and restore movement. Joint mobilizations are specific gliding of a restricted joint to help it ease into its full range of movement. Both techniques are used to reduce pain and restore movement.

Soft tissue & fascial release

Massaging, kneading, and applying pressure through tight muscles and trigger points or fascia assists to bring about relaxation and circulation.

Deep frictions

Pressure applied perpendicular to tissue fibers to bring circulation, reduce pain, and help connective tissue realign for injured tendons, ligaments, and muscle.

Muscle re-education techniques

For joints and muscles that are unstable/weak or too tight. These include muscle energy techniques and neuro-dynamic techniques in which the brain is involved in the re-patterning of movement to create change.
